yes duping is very very easy. but as you just wrote it is apperently very easy to track. just lost 11 accs and arround 1000 bil + like 40 fully lvl6 linked goddess. also a freind who duped just 1 single time 2 to 4 op hammer got banned. whatever good luck if you still dupe!

so its not just a IP check, also an item ID

all i see atm are people who claim to be big time dupers but give no proof, explaination, screenshots, tutorials or anything of any substance. These are only theories on how to dupe these items, and, as good as theories go, these seem possible.

we all know this is possible so lets work together and find out.

i have tried all these mthods, all to no avail. what i have found out is if you do the apu shop method and the seller dc's then the shop is automatically closed although the toon may still be visible on screen so i dont know how people are claiming that you have to wait 'x amount of seconds' before purchasing items.

also there is another method involving the linked servers, which i think is more possible this way. i've heard that you need to run thru the portal on the linked battle field towards apu, drop the item (not sure if this is before or after you enter the portal) and then dc in a particular way, so the server performs something called a 'rollback' (i think) can anyone give a description on how this is done?

if we manage to figure this out in a fool proof way i will tell you how to get genuine items from your dupes as i have already figured this bit out.

come on people! its possible so why dont we know a method of doing this yet?

ok, to make this a little bit clearer, you need to make new accounts so you dont lose you ever so hard worked for toons. the reason you are all getting caught with the items is cos you keep the dupes or try selling them. YOUR DUPES WILL GET TRACKED.

so you need to lose the dupes to the system and retain the genuine item.

you effectively swap your dupes with the system for a genuine item! the genuine item has its own ID and you no longer have the dupes. you can then trade the genuine item to your toon and your toon will have never touched nor seen any duped items. easy.

now kets skip the bullshit and get this going. lol.

ok, im telling u right now, I DUPED OVER 20 OP HAMMERS WITH THE METHOD OF APULUNE SHOP, no doubt about it, had all my gear linked with 6s, then, i got banned, so yea, even if u dup on a diff account, u get a total IP ban, meaning all accounts u have r gone, so, the only way i can think to get around this, is to search you tube on how to change ur IP, which is possible, JoalTecSteps has a tutorial there on how to change ur IP

now, i have no clue about the shop closing for others but it only closed every so often as soon as alt+F4 was hit, but this is completely possible, just really no way of getting around the GMs catching u, they will get all dupers, they r saying duping is the cause for inflation on US shaiya, which is complete bull shit btw, but they r looking

you obviously didnt read my post very well.

also, i just want to make a point that telling me what you've duped doesnt make your method any more real and you have made your self an open target for your account to be banned by linking your duped items and still have them in your posession.

i can tell you right now that you and every other duper gets caught because you still have the duped items in your possession, whether you link them or not. we all know that every item has its own ID so by you duping it and duplicating the ID means your gonna get caught.

what i'm offering, as explained in my previous post, is that i can change a particular duped item into a genuine item of the system complete with its own unique ID. In my opinion, this is probably one of the most important items of the game.

you would be able to sell this item so you could buy your 6s, sonics and goddess gear that way.

there is also a way of making all your weapons and armour genuine too, and its all built into the game. i will explain all if you can give a very detailed tutorial on how you do it, maybe even a video tutorial would be good.

ok, here is a walk through of how i did this

1) get a friend that plays shaiya also

2) call him on the phone

3) meet somewhere in a secluded area in apulune

4) have him set up a market containing the item u wish to dupe

5) (this is the tricky part, it takes time to get this right and u have to have good timing) your friend has to alt+F4, which leaves the market up but DCs him from the server, as far as I know, this can not be done on 2 computers from the same router, i tried, when i did try, hitting alt+F4 instantly closed the market, now MC i didnt not try

6) the first time u get the alt+F4 to work and actually DC u from the server, time it, so every time u press alt+F4, start a stop watch and when ur friend DCs all the way (disappears) stop the timer, that is ur target time but sometimes it will change 1 or 2 seconds and will change back to ur target time.

7) buy the item u r trying to dupe 1 second before ur target time, which is when the friend is gone and market closes

8) if u did this correctly, each of u should have the desired item

now, im not sure why this works for some and not others, but this is how i did it, and if u plan on doing this, do it quick before AGE fixes their problem

i cant give a video tutorial because i am banned and my friend wont try it on a different server at risk of ban

NOTE my friend and i were both ban with no email explaining the reason for ban, it has been 5 days since i was able to log on my accounts and still no reply from AGE

I am a gs for the game shaiya. recently the gms have been checking for dupers, and foxtrot himself has been tracking dupers for the past couple of days. im not sure if these are ip bans given out but they have been banning alot of accounts recently for this, so its obviously trackable. i recomend you all stop duping or at least test it on different ips and new accounts.

btw, even some GS got banned for duping...

This doesnt work on private servers. i have tried it.
im not going to say which ones i have tried it on but it wont work as soon as the seller alt+f4's the server shuts off there market must be something to do with AGE's servers that allow it to work.

on another note with servers that force a character roll back its possible to dupe items i have two of the same sets of gear on a pserver that rolls back ur inventory+warehouse when i can get back on the server i will post a vid of the gear so ya'll can see im not bsing.

After all screen's can be photoshoped videos cant...well they can but still lol.

The safest Items to dupe should be Gold Bars because after you dupe them, you sell them to a NPC and buy a new one so one could know that you duped it.

Has anyone been able to verify Kintero's method?

I'm thinking the the person who would receive the item upon winning the battle needs to have the full inventory. I cannot see how the person who is putting the item up for the battle's inventory would have any effect on whether or not the item is removed from his inventory at the start of the battle. However if the recipient's inventory is full perhaps the item will not be removed upon placing it in the battle window.

Also to clarify you accept the battle with the gold bar as a prize, then you click your third person and transact the item to them, then you die, in that order?

Also are you battling the person from your own server or the person from the other server, that seems like it might be crucial.

Also are you doing this in the waiting area or in the official linked pvp zone e.g. Karis Castle.

Sorry, but I want to clarify everything and make sure there are no variables as some people can't seem to work this exploit.

The Servers are down for like 18 hours now.
As I heard they added 2 new GMs and made a strictly Dupe control (!!!).
As lucky as I am ( -.-'' ) I didnt dupe anything because It didnt work so hopefully Im safe.
I would laugh my ass off if half DragonReign (the most annying Guild on Lailah) gets banned because of Duping. That would mean Rank1 for my Guild! :D

it definatly works on shaiya evo i can guarentee that i got it workin an was able to dupe sooooo much junk its unbelievable

Nv and Skempo are the new GMs, but they aren't doing the duping crackdown. Thats all Jecca and Foxtrot. i don't think ill be posting anything more public from now on though. But really, stop duping on anything you want to keep, because they are tracking it all. idk if duping gold bars and selling them would be detectable, I'd like to see someone try it. Just get a gold bar, dupe it and swap it for a new one, and see if that account gets banned. sorry poly for the double post, didn't notice nobody else had posted >.>

I think they fixed the shop-closing time bug.
If i press alf+f4 it closes the shop as when as i press it, so i cant purchase the item :(
I think thats why it was the maint over 24 hours yesterday

On ShaiyaEvolution, they haven't fixed the shop-closing. It doesn't close right when you hit alt+F4(Might take a few times).

Don't be fooled by this user. Every Item creates a unique Identifier which we can and do trace to the source and ban original duper. The previous poster is someone who I banned 5 of his game accounts and IP Banned him on the game firewall.
