I can vouch for them, just bought my copy yesterday and it was definitely worth it.
The application got verified fast, payment went through without any issues and the launcher is pretty straight forward.
As for the cheat itself it has a decent amount of options, most of them are related to loot
(loads of loot filters like categories/loot value).
The aimbot works okay-ish when someone is moving, but it does it's job and
the infinite stamina/norecoil/nosway is a godsent.
Personally i would've loved to have an option to target specific items only when i was questing and to disable scav esp or at least limit it's range without limiting pmcs range.
Overall great cheat and good service.

Bought 1 week and its finally over so here it goes my review.
Aimbot 6/10
Its ok for killing anything thats not moving , if its moving you better aim manually.
ESP 8/10
Does the job only missing something to detect if an enemy its behinde an object or you can freely hit him
Item Filter 4/10
The filter needs a huge improvement it does the job ( more or less ).
It has only 2options distance and value its taken from tarkov market web. Would have been much better to implement a filter for only specific items.
Everything else its perfect. If the item filter gets improved I would totally recommend you getting it.
