3. Fixed plusing issue on Final weapons
4. Increased refine rates a bit
5. Increased Lucky Chest Key drop rate a bit
6. Increased Xeno Fragment drop rate a bit
7. Increased guild stone & soul of pride drop rates a bit
9. Fixed some bosses respawn timers
10. Added 25 K IP ticket to all bosses in Mock Duck
11. Added Mock Duck Portal Stone in Sundries (Traikor)
12. Added Job Change Stone in Crone Shop
13. Reduced Molly heal by 50 % (on all levels)
14. Fixed the bug with Skill Restoration Stone
15. Made IP stackable up to 250 and put CD in between using them
16. Lowered the conversion rate of P.Def from points in VIT (this is dynamic and can be changed while server is live I will play around with it until I find the right amount)
