hi im not understand so much of spoofer so try to solve my question:
To be safe, my steps need to be: 1. Buy another RUST in other steam, 2. Use the hack and 3. If i get banned use the spoofer to play again in my main account without risk? Or i need to use the spoofer with the second account using hack?

I don't understand the steps to use the spoofer...

if you are hwid banned, use spoofer. Because if you are hwid banned, you will be banned even when you play without cheats.
