I am pretty sure they just adjusted the amount of stars join date gives.

If that is the case then its fine, I also agree about the join date affect the system too much.

the calculation has been updated a little, you need to be more active to receive the full experience for the join date.

Nice ''solution'', at least, everyone will have a chance to get higher level, and older users could have even lower level than newer users.

Makes more sense now, I only read since I join here and only became active in december 09.
