When I try to start the MiniA it shows a message "HackShield initialize Error. (Error Code = 101)."
I opened it as administrator. (starting the Server manually is working)

The next question may sound like a noob-question (what I am to be honest) but: Where is the client inside of the resource folder ;-;
I mean, I looked at the whole folder but couldn't find it.
I also downloaded the client that was posted before from @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] but as you would think of a noob, it couldn't help me. (no connection, etc.)

It would be nice if someone could help me

have you check server ip like offline ip and server port and client port./,

Yep, I changed all ips (just not for the .exe inside of the client folder, but for the neuz.ini)
I still can't connect :/
It just shows the message "Patch in process" but it just shows an error after a few time (no server connection)
