It is bannable. I stopped using it like 2 months ago and few days ago I received a 3-day ban. Turns out not using the program is not enough, you should re-install league and remove C:\Fraps folder.

How's the tool right now? Still available?

The first free League of Legends skin and champion that can be obtained is Tristana, or more specifically Riot Girl Tristana.

Unfortunately it crashes the game after 10 mins of playing. I guess it is no more supported and people are actually getting a perma ban from using this.

Ive used this for over 1.5 years, league of legends has also approved of this program! :)

Wish they would add the chromas with the skin in the tool, normally it takes too long for them to add the chromas after the skin was released
