Beta Update v1

- Added Demonic Tier items to Beta NPC and removed Angelic Tier
- Added new weapon glows
- Fixed Uniques (STR ones added and their HP, Def set)
- Fixed Pill Bug
- Finished skill balance issues
- Removed movement speed from Divine Wings
NOTE: More will be fixed soon
