Wiered. No one encounter this before. Im using a licensed Norton Antivirus and doesn't see .exe as a virus. Probably cause its modified and packed with a non-license program antivirus flag it as a virus. Allow through your antivirus the .exe

We have changed to Hero 2. Max armors Bedron and weapons before Glacial.

Hero 3 server with Bedron as top level armor and level cap of 115 ain't a hero 3 server. It is a wannabe Hero 3 server. Want to be at least close to a real Hero 3 server? You need Onyx as top armor weapons. You want to go beyond H3? Add Conqueror and Transcendence, Twins, Fox, Upper, Lower, Warehouse, Underground, +Walters and +Talismans, +boss drops, power and survival arenas, titles... you get the picture.

Of course if you manage to somehow do all that you will need to figure out how to manage life vs damage balance.

There. Now I have given you a set of goals. Good luck if you are serious about running a real private server and making it happen.
