question about the level, str, dex and int Edit, is it only for show? like it gets edited but nothing happens really, you cant equip equipments nore the damage and def gets buffed.

Is it safe to change lvl? I want to use it to get high lvl quests

How can the gm's see, if im in dungeon and use "NO DELAY and NO CAST TIME"?

Which functions should u use else for spam dungeons and make money?

The gms don't even have to see you. There is an automatic security system that would block your account if you get a number of disconnects in a row. It's unsafe to use No Dealy and No Cast Time functions w/o bm2 or bm3. You should also be very careful when you're inside a wall, don't use movement keys, because you'll likely get disconnected. A few friends of mine have lost their accounts because they weren't careful.
