It's rather simple. You need a character with under 270 HP.

This is what you need.

-Demon Tunic
-Demon stockings
-Demon Gloves

l2off c4 servers now are the official ncsoft c4 servers from july 2006. They fixed the problem in 2005. This doesn't work anywhere, unless you find an old l2off server, but its doubtful

There is another bug, not sure how he did it but:
He was low grade dead in hot springs, yet he could be hit and do damage though blazing skin. He said it was someone pked him and a darf resed him...
Would not explain further :(
