All i can say is how the hell would it take them so long to fix a minor error something as simple as that couldn't happen by themselves probably one of them hit the delete button on the config file by accident lmao.

hummm my guess's are eather...

A: another problem in he server splitting coding that fuxed up the config stuff of login server.
B: They got hacked and got fuxed over good.
C: Someone unpluged the server and they are asking wtf how do we plug this in again? O.o
