well, i already uninstalled that one, and i'm now installing the other one with the 17 700mb files. I'm assuming that's the one i want. I was having technical difficulties because i could have sworn i already had 7zip installed, but it wasnt giving me the option to unzip it with 7zip. Apparantly i had 7zip installed on D: but the game was downloaded to C:

alright, i'm on supervindictus now. So do we have to create an account here? or what do we use for ID and pass?

for the lulz, i decided to leave it blank and click ok, but i got a message saying server was down for maintenance. So i'm assuming server is down?

Just type in anything you want, it will create account once you do that.

Well, i got to the character creation screen. When i was done with my customization and hit 'create'. It said "Failed to create a character. Please try again later. (Error Code: 0xCF02)"

Nevermind. I think it was because of the hairstyle unique to Delia. I failed so hard. lol

Anyway, i understand that the cash shop items are free and that we can just keep buying the temp ones, but is it possible to add in permanent ones anyway?

Delia does not work on any private servers yet. You can't create her.

The coders said he had the source code of the server files. Once he finished Delia skills he releases( I hope)

Is the mining outfitter in yet?

well, since we're going to have more gold income, i hope people are still going to be putting up materials on the AH that they find and dont vendor it. I dont think many people will need gold if the gold income is increased by 5.

I cannot complete "Gold Leather" for the life of me. I need to finish it so i can run "Gwynn's Request". But the first time i ran it, i got disconnected, giving me the "network error". I tried two more times afterwards, and after i got to the 2nd area, everyone and everything freezes. my character freezes in place (shaking), those roller traps freeze in place, and the gnoll npcs freeze in place. After about 2 min of freezing, i automatically get sent back to town. This happened twice after i logged back in.

I decided to try something and attempted to run "Gwynn's Request" even though the preqs were in red. For some odd reason, it let me run it. I got to the boss, and i got disconnected again with network error. I'm not sure if its on my end or server's end. But i'm still connected to the internet? maybe my connection is unstable. I tried resetting my computer after it happened first time.

How many connection bar did you get from hosting your boat? I think could be you are getting 1 bar. That even happened on Vindictusworld private servers. Since my server is hosting in the US, you might figured out why :)

Supply depot won't work in any private servers and we can't add NX cash. NX cash items will only can add to NPC and players can buy with in-game golds.
I will set a start amounts for each items according to their value to players :)

a few things. Am i missing some files? i'm in here with someone who is able to get some outfitters that doesnt appear in my list. Its still in their list, but its not appearing in mine. I'm wondering if i'm missing some files or something. I thought it was a class related issue, but when i rolled an Arisha just like them, i get the same outfitter list. Minus the outfitters they have.

Edit: I discovered my problem. Apparantly those outfits are only available on the EU version (among other outfitters). So that solves my first problem (apparently we can jump too).

2nd thing. Since you said you have to add in cash shop items to npcs, i would suggest adding them to the devcat Mysterious Traveler in the inn. I hereby request fusion runes, dye amps, and permanent storage chest expansion tickets for starters. :-D. I believe that the mysterious traveler in the inn would be more fitting to sell cash shop items then ferghus (i saw him selling 30 day items; but i suppose its fitting for him to sell those).

also, if you can add in the miner's outfitter too. Its the only one missing that i've actually wanted.

Sure but I can't see to find it on server's databases and Vindictus wiki with that names. Can you points out which Vindictus client's version contains the outfitter?
For example, Iset sets and other can be found on wiki.

Here's another example for adding avatar sets or outfitter to databases that didn't not contains it.

im not sure about databases, but i know its shown up on the US servers. It was never in the outfitter shop that i'm aware of, it would only be available in the 'daily prize' area for like a few weeks and then get removed. I dont remember if its called "Miners" or if its called "Mining". But it looks like a set of overalls or something with a miner hat if i'm not mistaken. I've been looking through google but i havent found anything about it. But i have one or 2 of the pieces on the official server (west).

Furthermore, is it possible to get the Succubus Inner Armor in the list? Also, regarding cash shop items, cant forget about goddess graces. We need to get them in the game somehow!

Now for the important question: How would I go about obtaining the new GSL and getting it working? The other site has over 500 pages to filter through to find it. They should really consider starting a fresh new post. Not only that, that site has been lagging quite a bit recently. Takes waaaay too long to refresh the page. That's half the reason why i've been bugging you here. (sorry).

Anyway, i'm going to see what i can do to get more people on this server. I'm going to inform some people on steam.

for that sets I can't seem to find it on databases maybe it has a different names on the database, I will ask around at the dev section and see if they can help me pull the right ones from the databases.

ok, what the actual *censored beep*.. Seems the process of modding has changed since i did it last. I downloaded some of Akomni's mods, and apparantly i have to edit a file called "Player_Costume.txt". Now i remember editing a txt file back in the day when i was modding vindictus, but after watching a video, it requires you to jump through hoops just to edit this dam file. First off, i went to my hfs file, and the text document needed to locate it wasnt even there. So that right there has me fcked. Also after reading the comments in that youtube video, i needed some program called Vzipflip. Cant seem to find the download option for it.

Basically, it seems that modding is getting more and more complex, is it really suppose to be this complex? or am i looking at this from the wrong angle? These new modding procedures make me feel dumb as hell. I'm up to the point where i dump the files in the data folder, but the instructions say to change the file path directory in the "player_costume.txt" file. Can i get some step by step instructions on how find and get into that txt file? once i can get in there, i should be straight.

Edit 1: So i managed to get the Zipflip program from Nsixx's dropbox. But i'm still stuck on how to use it. All i see is a couple bats and an executable. The bats arent doing anything, and neither is the executable. I'm assuming its suppose to flip the hfs to a zip file.

Edit 2: After a bit of poking around, i finally found a Q&A on one of NSixx's posts explaining how to use the zipflip program. So now i finally managed to get into the txt file. So i'm making progress! Lets hope i dont get stumped again.

For any private servers it doesn't needed to use this player_costume.txt.
This was used back then with vinplay's injector for the official Vindictus. Since vinplay didn't updates his injector or can't find a way to bypass official Vindictus gameguard. It no long needed, the modder just didn't bother to remove player_costume.txt from their mods.

Are you using Windows 10 in any chance? If so, you will need a launcher and special program to inject GSL to Vindictus.exe.
