-Added bool system for Xtrap Activate and Deactivate

- Can you add log something like chat log, global log, unique log... etc ???

You can edit the level cap by yourself with ollydbg or a patcher

The gameserver wont load with all regions something is wrong
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


PS : my old gameserver was running normaly with all this regions when i enable Dw or Dw cave that happend
region names : SIEGE_DUNGEON , West_China
