damn pservs are at their worst time ^^, with this dupe bug economy and gameplay is ruined, but after giving it a few secs to think about the problem, i think its fixable they just need to be a little smart ^^ and think about how the dupe works, but they gonna need to do some coding.

They can't code, that's the point.
you're missing the main point here, they've got leaked (well, stolen) COMPILED server files.
the only thing they can do is to play around with SQL DB.

And that's why they fail... Someone said they got "good coders"... That's pure bullshit, they don't know how to do anything, that's why they raise caps to "fix" bugs, and take off the safe zones.

I know they dont know how to code, thats kinda the problem, but im just saying that there might be a solution to the problem and its doable without the source code.
