Well i tried it on the TR server and it seems not to be working.
I replaced the resources-en_GB.swf file and added en_GB to the regions.txt of the launcher. I selected English to start the game, copy & pasted some of the letters from the first post and it still says the name (i tried more than one) is taken :(
