There is a video showing how the tool work, what more help do you need?

Also, it looks like k-guard fixed it, so it will not work on protected servers.

those opcodes related with moving of character one of them sent and other one received.
if i disabled this incoming packet, character wont be able to move.

Who said anything about disabling the packet? If you have a packet filter and want to get the RegionID, you check it S->C and not C->S.

You shall not block the packet LEL.
