I think your trying to use the online launcher still. find the servereditor.exe in the server files you downloaded and right click it, run it as administrator. it should pop up with the server interface and you can import the persona there and start the server. wait like 5-20 sec and then start the game via the server editor, not the original game launcher.

Guys ı cant use powerups

(Berkay's powerup using method not working so dont tell go to safehouse and back to freeroam

I belive if you go into your safehouse and back out a couple of times, they will work. At least thats jist of the post i read somewere about the powerups not working. I belive its also in the readme file.

edit: What i did was find the: www\nfsw\Engine.svc\powerups\activated files in the last version and copied it over to the new version. i also made them read only. weather this works for you folks or not is another question... sorry. trying to help.

i can't play team escape, when i go on a S class circuit that was changed to D class team escape, press singleplayer and nothing happens...

Second: The previos version worked perfectly for me. I can buy IGC/Boost cars, can tune, but CANT add vinyls.
And now.. i can add vinyls, but when i buy a car, and i get back for the previous screen, there's my default car. (IGC)
When i buy cars for boost, i got SERVERERROR problem, and! I cant play with the ServerEditor, i can play only if u run the "0-host.bat" and after the nfsw.exe.
Someone can help me?

Some people have problems with selling cars in 1.7.

My game kept crashing when loading, I couldn't play it. But after reinstalling both Windows and the game files, it works perfectly. It would probably be an option to fix your things guys.

Hello guys, the game is great so far, much appreciate the coders effort, but i have a problem with the 1.7 version, it keeps giving me the "Out of memory" error relentlessly, no matter what I do.

0-host.bat is for 1.2 or earlier. Having to run it first was a common problem - the game launched too fast for the emulator leading to error 5.

Update to 1.7. This version forces you to run server first and game second.
You buying a car and getting the previous one means your carslots are corrupted.

TL;DR: Update to beta 1.7 and use the default persona.

that may be because they dont use original server personas! they imported another persona that may be corupt or modified!

Nope, I am not using any sort of mods, and the persona I use is an imported one from when the game was online, which still works with the 1.0 beta version (only version it works for me, for now). The 1.6 version also gives me the same error. I tried the same persona and offline version on a different PC and it works even though it hase the same game version, and java, and everything.

Tried it with several personas that worked on the 1.0 version...

I'm having a problem, every time I hit Start Server, a cmd window pops up and says:
Attempting to connect XMPPHost #1
Attempting to connect XMPPHost #2
Attempting to connect XMPPHost #3... and so on forever...
I reinstalled everything, tried with different personas, changing folder location and nothing, still getting the same error and I haven't been able to find anyone with this same problem and of course it's solution..

I only saw that happen to me when python wasn't installed in c:\python27
