or any way to use patch one time not all time when we want reopen Mbot

hello guys i've got a problem when i open Mbot and patch it its work fine but when i close it and i try open it again its automatic Patch witchout VsroMbotPatcher and when i open like this Mbot doesn't pick items from char or pet and its didin't attack mobes or Uniques oits just dancing and runnig help me please thanx

Daryll, i'm using your patcher and it works like a charm but i have a problem..
Lately i'm having problems with my internet and i have a high ping on sro servers
so i'm using "battleping" to connect to france servers that help lower ping. There are also other similar tools that work aswell. It works fine when i open the client normally but whenever i open it with mbot or sbot "battleping" and other programs aren't able to connect to the gameserver or something. Is there any way this can be fixed? or any other alternative?
