Nope he can not. Learn programming and make your own stuff instead of using it from other projects. This was not intented to get public so why should the original developer(s) help you ?

I don't understand why Zardon and that he gives ?
I saw that Bau had put serdon, it was the emulator, well then why are two of the emulator gave ? Why the second ?
