Any Private Server for play?

If i had to wait for joining 2.0 it would prolly make more sense to wait for BWG or Inferno. They're taking forever to open their server and they started a while now.
Good - a lot of detail and care is being taken
Bad - Everyone gets tired of waiting and plays something else lmfao.

Private Msg me when you got some more teasers for me bud, you know i'm always interested in news about promising servers ^_^

Gone totally off the boil like Banana/Penguin has. I might be able to create something but 1) the players are all but gone, apart from "want insta-110" and want insta-gib style gameplay and 2) there are no decent sponsors left willing to put time and effort into a decent server, they just want crash and burn servers to make themselves a few bucks.

Don't kid yourself about that redbreaker dude. That's Xiro the owner of Ion who stood back and let his server burn.

Mate the scene has just gone altogether, there's nothing left here.

Even R2.0 is clutching at some very fragile straws because Rohan itself just doesn't have enough to keep itself together. That's nothing against the R2.0 team, it's just that the boat has well and truly sailed, even when it comes to Yurn's Unity engine update.

There's nothing left unless you're a desperate pinoy or an average indo.

You're right, Rohan as we know it is dying.
However, don't take Rohan II lightly. You know our plans. You should know that we focus on player experience, because that's what Rohan is missing.

However the players are missing, big time. You can't just magic a few pinoys followed by a couple of hundred indos.

As much as your server will be "the next big thing", sadly everyone has moved on now. I don't mean that in a bad way req, I mean it in an "I've smelt the coffee, you should too" sort of way mate.

There really is so little left here that a full on proper Rohan server like yours will only just survive.

Granted, we'll never have the population zRohan had, but i don't think that we'll barely survive.

Why is Rohan dead now?

1. Mindless grinding, over and over and over and over and over [...] and over again.
And you already know that we're not going to be another grindfest server. We're centering the game around bosses that are accessible to everyone.

2. Pay to win.
It's a dumb idea. We're going to make our IM affordable by anyone. Either by donating or winning events, selling items on Exchange Market, Auction House and Guild Internal Exchange Market.
Also, it will be a play to win server. If any of the hardcore gamers come to our server i don't think they'll even have to donate to get to the top.

3. One skill wonder classes
Ugh. You know what i mean.

4. Lack of cool events
Oh yeah, we're going to have automatic events. And i don't just mean "trivia events". Boss invasions, PvP events, PvE events with rewards that sometimes benefit the entire server.

Also, our event prizes are better than what IM can offer.

You get the point?
We might start a bit slow, but we're not going to be a standard server.

The most critical and worthy resource is time. Im quiet confident that after a while, be it some weeks or some months, we will slowly start to attract more and more players. Prolly even players which did quit some time ago.

As i do admire your optimism and would love for what you're saying to be true. Everyone i know has already moved on to games like gw2, arch-age, console games like destiny, etc.

People are just tired of being disappointed by a crappy server that is a grindfest or a good server that gets shut down too quickly.
Not saying this about your server btw.

I do wish you guys the best on Rohan 2.0 and i will most probably try it out.
If it's a good server like you say, i'll see if i can spread the word because EVERY other server out there is 100% grind for 8 or 9 hours for instant 110 and get bored after day 1

i already downloaded it but i can't seem to enter the game...
its just endless loading after i choose a server
