TQ will never sue a private server unless its making more money then them...they wouldnt go through all the crap you have to 2 sue someone with $10 to there name....

to be honest i would mix into Conquer some of the Cabal Online features including the Dota like Nation(guild)War called Tierra Gloriosa

Dude you can't make a MMORPG. Neither can I, but I'm just redoing CO. That's a big difference, let's say the difference is about 1 million dollars I don't have to spent on coders and graphic people.
