I have 15 Acc. with more than 800 slots [20 - 50 cars], You get bann if you have more then 150 cars in your garage, I have 36 BANNED Acc. with more then 350 cars.

still no ban 400 TE ? o.0 my testt acc got banned after 200TE + slot hack

Lot of people say its safe. My personal meaning i would not risk it.
