[Release] ItemManager

Es funktioniert, bis auf das:
Wenn ich Waffen(z.B. Subs/Sentry Gun) speichere und in einem OS-Room auf Load klick, dann kann ich nicht Ready drücken. Da steht i.was, dass ich Waffen dabei habe.

Well done! Gratz!! I bought it too yet I'm not fully satisfied and this thing doesn't change items at the moment.

Sorry but I can't see the files that you add at the injector. I can see the IDChanger.dll but I can't see the other files.
And what injector did you use?
I'll try the Item when you answer me :).
