GoodTimes Re-Open [90cap, Only Chinese, Low Rates, IP Limit]

Change the ip limit to 2 please if there are 500 + player they will be only 100 real player !

It is already on 2 because other players requested it too.

Is there a level limit to vote ?

There is no limit for a few time, but later we will add some limit to prevent cheaters. Also we log and monitor the votes and character activity.
