why get high cold?... def increase at that lvl is so low.. and u dont need that much high snow shield.. or u will run out of mp.

There is no best build'' are builds are good it just depends on how you play your char.. how good your weapon/set is.. and if you have prem or not..

100 pacheon 100 fire 100 light you don`t need snow shield because all bowers use fire wall good luck
