even if it is offtopic and even if it was already answered. i dont care, it just bugs me right now.
in germany we use "," for broken rational numbers and in the usa its a "."
so 1,1k is 1100 and 1.1k is 1100 too. if you ever attended a proper english class you should know, cause we had t use a "." all the way or else every number was incorrect.
btw. in germany 110k can be writen like this 111.000
ans in the us its 110k = 110,000
if i am wrong about the us part, just ignore it, but its a fact that its different between the countries.
