Please show a screenshot of that error message so I can see what is going wrong. It kind of sounds like a Visual Studio Runtime Error, but I need to see it, I don't have any error codes asking for a reinstall in my code. You do have to restart the loader after selecting paths though, since the Windows API for selecting directories changes the current working directory and can't be reset easily.

Also, are you using the new version 2 loader? It might be a specific issue with non-English Windows, since there was one poster earlier that had problems with a non English version. However, that was fixed just by changing his paths. That doesn't sound like the problem you are having though.

Well, i have tried to login with the unpacked client but it gives me c7 error when i press enter to make the captcha appear , but seems the english patch is working with the unpacked client but the dam thing is the c7 error,
i tried to redirect ip again with both the original client and with the unpacked client ,
--with the original client silkroad loads and every thing but after i write the captha and press enter the game crashs.
-- but with the unpacked client i get the crash while the game is loading , i mean before the logging screen shows up.

and english patch is not working with the original client :). hope to fix this .thx

tnx for unpacked sro client but he is not want to patch with autoselect
pls try to see the codes for selecting .. and edit him

I know there are still requests for autoselect and stuff, but those will have to come later. Right now is getting these bugs worked out and trying to get the project working for as many people on as many different versions as possible.

The C7 error comes from you having to select the first box in that 1st login list of two items by hand first. Once you do that, you will not have C7 error anymore. Here's an example:

Weird. I have my computer set to Korean locale as well as the Korean keyboard language bar and only then can I start the client without English Patch. With English patch, I can start the client without Korean locale, but then I can't type Korean and will fail the image code. Double check these things, I can't help you much other than that though, this is the first time I'm running KSRO.

The original client is packed now with ASProtect, so the English patch will not work for it. Just like ISRO you have to use an unpacked client for it to work. That's the big downside to the English patch via client modifications, but most Silkroads weren't using packed clients when I wrote it so it seemed to work well for a while.

I just finally got the image code right and managed to login. Everything seems to be working fine here now!

For which Silkroad version, KSRO? Do you get C10 error or just can't launch more than one client?

TSRO is the version I do a lot of my testing on. Multiclient should work fine there. I've been using it for a while now without any problems. Here's a screenshot I just took from TSRO:

Does your computer support running multiple clients in terms of Ram/CPU?

What happens when you try to run the second client?

Does "Multiclient" have a check on it in the configuration dialog for each client?

Are you sure you have updated TSRO to the latest version via Silkroad.exe?

Check those things first and let me know!

when i try run the second client its auto shut down or its says silkroad.exe stopped repond or something

Thanks now i dont get c7 error any more, i was wondering... may be that crash with ip redirecting is because the world server ip is not redirected too?! or its because of the language? because my pc also set to the korean locale. any way thanks . everything works fine now .. multiclient and english batch too ))

I'm still looking into the IP redirecting on KSRO. Right now, I can't login using my own proxy because I get a Disconnected from the Server message and a login server block. I have to see if there is something different in the KSRO login packets (there shouldn't be). I don't get any crashes though.

Also, the world server connection is not detoured in my design. I don't know how agBot works or any of the other ones work, so I'll add another field for world server redirection since I don't need it on my proxy but I guess others do.

[Edit]So it seems their login packet is different. I have to see what these extra bytes are.
[Edit2] Ok, my edxSilkroadProxy is not compatible with ksro for now since they have some extra bytes for their setup.

Did you download the new unpacked client posted [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]? They just updated the client recently and the new client is packed, so you have to use an unpacked client to get (any) loaders to work.

If that doesn't solve your problems, please give me more information about what is not working and what happens when you try to use it. The more information the better!
