Maybe it would me more clever if someone who bought allready items or pearls would share his experience with us. Then we can read if it is a scammer or not and he must not defend himself...

this is really obvious we have someone thats a middle man trying to hustle up some money for surplus from BP (hope i worded that correctly) there has been many people asking for a test boat in order to verify a potential for spending hard earned money and yet its no test boat bla bla bla well im sorry were im from you dont buy a car before you test drive it first??? right ! another thing i have question on is even if he does do a test account for someone and someone pulls the trigger and says alright ill pay for your offer on these items whats to say once hes accessed your account he doesnt either get ya banned take your money or your boat just a thought

like i was always told growning up if its too good to be true its obviously fake

Hey,

On this moment, Dialer doesn't make any offer.
So, i think he's reselling nothink.

Plus, Dialer doesn't use ACP but an other software that he creates himself, that's why we can see the added items in the logbook and that's why you get bann few days after.
