Wth ? Incorrect file version - New Bot Restriction System

Funny thing.. my lv80 and lv92 stallers dc alot with the incorrect file version error, but my lvl10 and lvl22 stallers stay online from inspection to inspection.

hmm when I run the HSUPDATE.exe it doesn't create a new SRO_CLIENT.exe in the ./update folder - or somewhere else -

i tryed this on a fresh installed version. :S
Any ideas?

btw firewall on/off - virus detection on/off doesn't change the situation

It seems to start like 1/12 of the update, then it closes down and thats it... no sro_client.exe anywhere
