I can not find a precise description or opinion about bow 70:70, its good build?
On 90 lvl spear 1:8 got +- same hp like bow.

and i think ECSRO had bigger security like a small chink server
so if he wants he surely is able to shut down the server...

They dont do shit. They have added the lvl 100 Skills and 10D will be added too. At the 31. Juli is the server online but it will be only there for chineses! Everybody who is online with a european IP will get banned (account) so they can't log in!

Yeah and they left the mass lagging one to us.. I think If they really cared they could swap their server from USA to Europe.. Or at least upgrade it. Anyway.. Life goes on.

Moving the server won't do shit, I live in the U.S. and I still got a crazy skill delay and some lag. They can only improve it by upgrading.
