[Share] Aion's GameGuard KILLER!

hey sry im a bloody noob in this can u help pls? i tyed to copy the 2 files to system32 but there was already a winmm.dll data and i couldnt overwrite it. is it the wrong folder? please help

I don't mind helping, but first thoroughly read the instructions :)

You are not supposed to put it in your system 32 folder, put it in your chinese aion bin32 folder.

If you download the taiwan fix you should have 2 files: Copywinm.exe and windmm.dll, when you have both those files in the folder run Copywinm and you should get a additional file called windmm.tmp. After that you are golden and should be able to enjoy running without GG.

not in your windows / system32

copy it into /gamefolder/bin32 ..

Well i followed all the instructions and it works great. Now all we get to do is wait till 1.5 patch comes out and see if it still works.

No its not working with the new Client... got a Error on the Client Start

It would be nice if you told us what that error was. Take a screenshot or something and if it's the stupid error where it says "your region is not supported"
uninstall the the enu.pak and install the new english patch.

If it's the error where it says something about fyrre, update you gameguard killer to the Taiwanese one, after you update to the latest version of gameguard.

One last thing which is somewhat good news, Ncsoft is getting wind of these issues with gameguard, and from what i understood if they don't get there shit in check there will not be using gameguard for the NA/EU version.

this doesn't work at all, after I select character game drops to the desktop during loading..

and pretty sad that only a girl is working on a way to kill gameguard

False positive, but for the sake of being safe this is all you have to do.

- Download the taiwanese winmm.dll from fyrre's site.
- Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 if you have Vista 64 or Windows 7 64.
- If you are using a 32 bit os, then just go C:\Windows\System 32
- Once there make a copy of Winmm.dll and put it in your Aion Bin 32 folder.
- Rename the File you got from system 32/syswow64 to winmm.tmp
- Extract winmm.dll from Fyrre's rar to Aion bin32 folder.
- Now you should have 2 files in that folder that are named Windmm. The one from windows which you should have changed to windmm.tmp and the one from the rar which should remain the same.
- Run launcher
- ????
- Profit.


If you are not sure if something is a virus check virustotal.com , or even better get a anti-virus that is not a pos and known for vomiting up false positives left and right. My personal favorites are Kaspersky, and NOD32.

Same error "Contact ...." with the TW File... so we have to wait for new Patch

Weird, this works for me on the chinese version just fine, as long as i followed the instructions.

Also, i got somewhat bad news. Fyrre stated he was not going to update gameguard killer for the chinese version past 1.2

If i can ask 1 request to see if i can further help, take a screenshot of the error and post it here and i will see how it can possibly be fixed. As long as it not's the error you get when you first load the game about memory not being read i can help :V

i've read and tried all the soultions that worked for you- except th ones for windows 7 - i am running on xp.
i get "GameGuard error" or "GameGuard will now close" and the client crashes.
dunno what to do ... help?
