I did make an account, I said that in my post as well =p
This is what I've done so far, tell me if I'm missing anything.
I downloaded the client
Downloaded the source
changed ip and passwords to mine in Config
put my IPs in Server.Dat and CIDServer
made a database called coproj1 (because I alread had one named "coproj")
executed batch file (Yuki's edited database backup)
and made an account.
When i open the client and try to login it says it cant connect and to re login
//edit: I'm going to download patch 1 and 2 that you listed and see if that makes it work. I already copied the 2 katana files to the client. If it doen;t work after that idk =[
when you make the account in the database DONT PUT A PASSWORD
and put LogonType as 2, your password will be set when you try to login into the client
