have you change the path in computer properties??, if no change the path path to your java bin, to do it first right click my computer>advanced system setting>environment variables>in system variables scroll down a little to find path>edit it to your java bin folder ex:c:\program files\java\jre7\bin, for me that should fix the problem

SocketOptionForm.lua is for everything that has a socket. You can edit everything there without the need to edit the titletable.lua

MP regen? That is item**.lua (EN or DE or just item.lua for NA) inside of 036
You have to delete item.kim before that though. You just have to find an item that you already have and you add an mp regen socket id to it. You can find all socket ID's inside of optionitemdata.lua

edit: Did a decryption at the item.lua but i'm getting an outofmemory error. tips?
editedit: I kinda backreaded at the lua extract tool and it seems that they can't decompile the item.lua because of java overflow errors. tips?

It's too big. I myself need a long time to decrypt it. (Long if you think 10 minutes is long.)
