Ya if you use Cheat engine here is a tut of how to use this thing it works

1.open windows calculator(windows key + r or goto accessories and find it there)
2.Goto view and click programmer
3.select hex in the box on your left(dont touch anything else)
4.enter the base address into the calculator then hit + and type in the first offset
5. repeat this till you added all the offsets to the base address
6.you should have a complete address just use writeprocessmeory in kernel32.dll to change the value of the address to something you want like and item id

if you dont know write process memory then i recommend you start with vb.net or autoit

There is no tutorial needed. If you know how to use it then do it. If not then it makes no sense to create a tutorial
