It happened to me too, normally it's because anti-virus program you're using detects it as something unsafe, so what i'd do is just turn the anti virus off everytime i run it .Quote:

you might have this problem as well you'll need to go to exclusions and add c:\windows\FULLYNAGC.dll to it so the anti-virus wont block the banner.Quote:
