You never can and NEVER Guaranteed get skills working or these bugs:
Socketing ninjas wep.
Get out of birth village as a ninja << If u got brains which u dont u can
And you cant reborn into a ninja

Because skills need to be in the source not in the db..
second of all drop the development it will fail and u will be more noob then you are atm.

Aint bugs. It's as simple "you can make your own and add them to the database if you work on it".

Can't you just knock those out in 2 seconds once you have the Ninja's ID in like 50 - 55? It'd be just

why d0 y0u use 0 instead of o? Easy.. Copy + Paste another Job NPC change the job check to 50 - 55 configure for Ninja Skills + Promotions..
