No vigor in npc Oo..why u close m-bot pill's bug ? so server will be warlock/rouge no chance for chinese vs warlock then :D .. i think u can add vigor in npc and let m-bot pills bug working better then 95% from server will be warlock's not funny

Vigors will be added to NPC later, but the bug wont be allowed, it is called bug for a reason.
