For some reason, everytime I try to run the hack, the website pops up saying some sort of warning or expiration notice and closes the program. Is that supposed to happen because the hack is outdated or what?

It will work only with MS running. The loophole the hack is exploiting is shared by preety much all versions of MapleStory, so if not patched - it should work for eMS, GMS, MapleSea and all the rest.

Do you have DirectX 2008 distribution? Lack of it might be the reason. I think i left a link to the DirectX instaler somewhere on my website. If not - just google it.
