Hi,
I have a little problem, when i'm trying to launch Rappelz with VMware, I get a "RenderDevice Create error" or VMware use the same screen settings than the host and i've never had this problem so i don't understand what happen :s If anyone have a clue.....
PS : I have the march release of DirectX

Did you edit your configuration file to enable Direct 3D Acceleration in the VMWare?

Yes i've put svga.vramSize = 134217728 in my .vmx file (mks.enable3d = TRUE was already in the file) as Altaric2 said.

If you have a powerful computer, you can run a virtual machine like VMware, VirtualPC. Just look at google.
Or go the easy way and use a second PC, like many people out there.
But the important thing is, u need 2 Accounts!
