Why noone uses BlackRogue files?

Let me tell ya few stuff...
While working @ Plasma with Chernobyl (Alex), I tried to add BA and I couldn't finish it back then. After knowing Perry I gained more experience, so I'm so positive about adding the new areas @ BR files. I guess D11 and D11 are working in BR files.

D11 and D12 are working !
but D13 has effects on weapons which is not supported by the client.

You can't say such words like that while you are not a developer. Only a pk2 editor doesn't make sense with adding new stuff. Beside, Neko's words are true.
The client itself isn't coded for future updates. They were planing to create new client for each update.. Not like vsro files..

Well... I don't have a client to test with atm. I don't have to wait the Dev to edit stuff on the map.pk2, also I didn't said I fully add them.

Then actually you have no rights to speak about these files while you can not develop it.. Give me one reason for!

Curiosity... I was able to join Plasma's root before. I know the files. I have worked with Alex before.
