if you mean the X AND Y AXIS THINGY.. it's not a fly hack but a Character Positioning..
and it's working on me.. i use it to cross in jump stage...

Additional Information/Guide:

Amy (Dancer)
1. Go to "Practice Mode".
2. Go to your UCE and take [First Scan] to 16256.
3. Go back to GC, press "X", and Select "Dance Fever".
4. Go back to UCE and take [Next Scan] to 16307.
5. Select one of the Addresses left, and freeze to 2000.
