Help me! What's "Supr" ?

I'll make it easy for you guys.
1. Start the HS4L Trainer and run the S4League Patcher.
2. Login to HS4L and choose "Normal"
3. Choose your hacks by checking off the box.
4. When you're ready hit the "Delete" key.
If your S4League patcher is open the trainer will automatically start the game for you and apply the hack. If you can't follow directions and didnt run it then run it after and it will apply once the game starts. Until the S4Client.exe process is running you'll only see a picture like loading screen from the trainer. If windows says "HS4L is not responding would you like to close?" do not touch it. That means the trainer is waiting for S4 League to be opened and it should be left alone or else it will not work.
