If we could get the animations done it would be possible to sync up 20 AI Bots to dance... maybe I would listen to the song once... Idea noted, but no promises.

End of the world can....

We've been working since about 10am this morning non stop, sir.

I actually done a mass test of players to test the screen/networking of the server, managed in the end to over 3k entitys before I came to a complete FPS freeze, but no disconnections... should've uploaded the pictures of having every entity jumping about... man.

You know that test is like completely pointless from a server point of view, the client dies long before the server has to do any real work lol, try spawning 500k entities, or 1kk or 10kk entities on a map if you want to test how well your server handles entites, and any networking tests just become skewed when the client starts to struggle.

Because my poor graphics card cannot handle more than 3k due to a client freeze let alone 500k.. you have any idea how long that would take to spawn?

What I mean is, firstly the client will never be able to support more than 1-2k entities on the screen at any time reliably so theres no point in you using it as test, the fault is with the client not your graphics card. If you want to see if your server can handle large amounts of entities then you should try spawning large amounts of entities and forget the client.

If you want to test the networking then you need to use dummy clients that have no graphics to worry about so you can create thousands of clients with extremely low resource usage etc.

Little bit of a demo of one of the new tournaments, Basically the number of ai bots is the same as the amount of players on the opposing team. There are several different levels. from extremely noobish to impossible...

this tournament is still in beta and there are a few bugs / AI Response situations to work out.
