you are actually having flash player for FireFox/Chrome/Opera/Safari etc .. but not IE.

my settings are full screen mode and best qualitiy in everything. maybe try fullscreen mode, maybe it wont work in window mode^^

same for me :D but you have to use a champion with enough ad, otherwise the creeps will steal you a few last hits :D

my game crashes if i activate EnemyRange or LastHit. TowerRange, MyRange and a few other work perfectly
