Well nice you got that and all that, but can I ask you 1 thing what's basicly new in these files since as far as I know everything has been imported to the vsro files these days, only the new alchemy system of D12 ? ( which ex-sro.r also has ? ) and that battle arena shit of sro-r maybe ? But for real, I can't seem to find any interested thing in new server files, since every sro ends up as the others.... people get capped & geared --> bored.

If you'll open a p-server using these files (i am sure you will) just stay away from 115+ caps like the max cap should be 110 and adjust all the 120+ mobs/caves to 110 and so on.

Nothing special,silkroad dead you cant change this with any update anything.Only joymax can did that and I'm 100% sure they will protect their server.I dont think joymax comp idiot as you think.You can edit ip or anything etc.But do not forget joymax made all of them,you cant change that
