C'mon dude. If you dont know how it works why even bother.

But i am feeling good so i will give you an example.

"ffg_newhandglowwhite" XI_SETIEM_EFFECTHAND MODELTYPE_SFX "" 0 MD_FAR 0 1.0f 0 1 ATEX_NONE 1

the first part is the Glow dds file then XI_SETIEM_EFFECTHAND is the define.
So you only need to change those 2 things.

make it your self. Its not that hard to do.

Take an look into resdata.inc in the Glow app and from there you can manage to build the resdata.txt.txt.

Off-topic.

Why would you start an server if you only are asking for files.
How will your server survive when you put it online?
