Go with knight for sure. Been testing this lately (lots of pros/cons and ppl. will disagree), you go crit blunt (I know, I know- slower attk spd) and run a 95%+ crit rate, more dmg., more attk success and I can get 91% ign. defense. A consistent five fingers to the face!
