Not proxy, Go to remote desktop connection the write the IP its not a proxy. Connect, Write the credentials.

it depends on VPS (what is already installed on VPS server) and which BOT you are using.
it is like your computer only you have to use remote access or teamviewer or on some of VPS you can use web browser to control them.

because desktone has disabled due to abuse of the trial installation of the VPS :(:(
