1. Go to CMD.exe
2. Navigate to mt2lz directory
3. Type command: mt2lz method myfile.eix myfilenew.eix

Something like that? I dont know because I use executable posted ~2-3 pages back.

Solved, if you have Microsoft Visual C++ x64 install the x86 version.
Or you can simply download MSVCR100.dll from internet and paste it to the mt2lz folder.
